Here is my DT card

I have used the image Cute Bavarian girl for my card I printed her out quite large and used an 8x8 white scalloped card base.  I coloured her with promarkers then cut her out and 3'd her with silicone glue, the mount she has been adhered to came from my stash I have had these for some years, I distressed around the edge with TH Vintage Photo ink.  I cut a large circle of white card then did the same with the paper, I have added a ton of gems all of which came from Mei Flowers, I added a punched border, Die Cut corner flourish, lace, ribbon, hat pins, flower and sentiment.

Here is my DT card

I have used papers form the Mini Dots and Petunia Parade sets, I have mounted them onto green card stock, I used one of my Tilda images coloured with promarkers then I cut her out and 3'd her with silicone glue, I have used two die cuts the pink one is from the Spellbinders Splendid Circles, the green one is Lea'bilities Nested Frame Leaves from Lothian Crafts, it is actually double layered the bottom layer is green vellum the top is the same card stock as used for mounting the papers on.

I would like to apologise for my absence but I have not been well, it has taken me quite a while just to complete this post.  I do hope that I will be able to visit and see what I have been missing, very soon.

Tropical Shadow Box

Hi all, at the moment the sun is shining but there are an awful lot of clouds around as well, don't give much for the chances of a dry sunny day, not that I mind I have plenty to do indoors.

I wanted to do something a little different so I decided to make a shadow box, the card stock is Hunkadory silk, I used one of my fancy Spellbinder dies to cut out the centre, the papers are from the new set recently launched from Bearly Mine designs call Tropical Dreams.

Once I cut the aperture I used the centre for the inside of the box, I added Memory Box Flower Die cut and a 25mm Rose, for the outside of the box I added 2 x 15mm Taupe Roses, a bow, Memory Box Small Dragon Fly dies, Viva Decor around the aperture shape, SU Daisy Die Cut and not one but two of my beloved Tilda's, both of which I have coloured with Promarkers.  Down each side of the box I added some small flowers.

The Roses I bought from Wild Orchid Crafts, the majority of all my Roses are from Wild Orchid.

OOH LA LA CHALLENGE #105

Hi all, it is overcast here in Glos today it has been raining overnight such a change from the wonderful sunshine of yesterday.

Anyway I hope that my DT card for Ooh la La will help brighten your day whether you have sunshine or not.

We had a fantastic amount of entries for our last challenge it was really great to see so many fabulous cards/projects, I hope that our new challenge will inspire you to come and join us again for the next fortnight at

RIBBON AND TWINE.

I have used papers and image called Wisteria Purse, I chose this particular one as I have always loved Wisteria, I think it looks amazing when in bloom.

The design is quite simple I have used blue card for mounting the papers and image on, I added card candy, pearls, wide ribbon and some twine the sentiment is also from Ooh la La Designs.
